On this day, Scott’s Smart Vending received three FGS vending machines of various sizes at three different locations in two different cities. During the entire process from first contacting FGS and inquiring about their company, acquiring the machines and the final delivery thereof, the staff were polite, upbeat, friendly and incredibly helpful. At no point was I left guessing. All my texts, emails and phone calls were answered immediately. The team that delivered the machines, despite great physical strain, remained positive, and upbeat. They made conversation with me; showing real interest in my business. Moe, the team leader, knew exactly what he was doing. He guided his men politely and with confidence. He had a solution for every problem that came up regarding door sizes and stairs. His helper, Keith, in particular, really stood out as an intelligent, empathic and caring man. He never stopped smiling and truly made me feel special as an FGS customer. I told the owner of FGS, Fares, that Keith should be an executive. It’s so rare to find such talent in anybody these days – he is the proverbial diamond in the rough. Finally, it may seem trivial, but what impressed me the most is, despite great physical strain, I never once heard any bad language or frustration. No ‘F-bombs’, no curses…just three men doing their job. Quality like this is bred through example by leadership. I have no doubt that no matter how big FGS gets, they will have this upbeat and positive culture. Who can say no to a business like that? Thank you, Feel Good Snacks…you have a customer for life.
