Vending Machines for Sale in Barrhaven
New and refurbished vending machines for one of Ottawa’s fastest-growing suburbs — Strandherd Drive retail, recreation complexes, schools, condos and new business parks — delivered, installed and supported.
Why vending machines work in Barrhaven
Barrhaven has grown from a commuter suburb into a full community with its own retail hub, recreation facilities, schools, medical offices and new employment lands. That growth creates new places for a machine distributrice almost every year: a new condo amenity room, a new business-park unit, a new rec facility or school. Feel Good Snacks has distributeurs automatiques à vendre for each of them and delivers to Barrhaven from our Mississauga warehouse.
Most of Barrhaven’s commercial activity sits along Strandherd Drive, where large-format retail and plazas draw shoppers from across the south end, and along Greenbank Road, Woodroffe Avenue, Jockvale Road and Fallowfield Road. Highway 416 and the Southwest Transitway connect the community to the rest of the city. Families make up a large share of residents, which means recreation complexes, sports fields and schools are busy most days of the week.

Planning a vending machine for a new Barrhaven building
Because so much of Barrhaven is new or under construction, buyers often come to us before a building is fully occupied. A little planning at that stage saves money later.
- Reserve the spot early. Ask the builder or property manager for a location near an outlet, ideally close to the elevators, mailroom or gym entrance where residents pass daily.
- Check the route. FGS machines are about 72″ tall, 32.7″ deep and 300–395 kg; make sure doorways, elevators and corridors can take the cabinet once the finishes are in.
- Start lean on stock. Occupancy ramps up over months, so begin with a smaller fill and expand as sales data comes in.
- Consider refurbished for a test. A refurbished machine from about $3,000 lets you prove a location before investing in new equipment.
- Agree terms in writing. Commission, restocking frequency and service contacts should be clear from day one; see our vending machine commission guide.
Vending machine cost, financing and delivery in Barrhaven
New FGS combos in the Gray, Elite and Earth Series are $4,499; new snack, drink and sandwich machines are about $5,499; frozen machines about $7,999; refurbished machines from about $3,000; and bottleless water coolers $599. Add 13% HST. Delivery and installation typically costs $350–$700 per machine and more outside the GTA, so Barrhaven delivery is quoted per address.
FGS offers third-party lease-to-own financing on new machines, with 24, 36, 48 or 60 month terms, first and last month paid upfront on approval, and interest from 8% to 12% depending on term. As an illustrative example only (not an FGS offer), a $4,499 machine financed over 48 months at 10% works out to roughly $114 a month before taxes and fees. Refurbished machines are purchased outright.

Frequently asked questions
How much are vending machines for sale in Barrhaven?
New FGS combo machines are $4,499, new snack and drink machines about $5,499, frozen machines about $7,999, and refurbished machines from around $3,000. Ontario HST of 13% and delivery to your Barrhaven address are extra.
Can I put a vending machine in a new Barrhaven condo?
Yes, with the condo board’s or property manager’s approval. Reserve a spot near an outlet and a high-traffic area, confirm the delivery route can take a 72-inch cabinet, and start with a lean stock while occupancy grows.
What vending machine works best at a Barrhaven rec complex?
A high-capacity drink machine is usually the anchor for arenas and pools, with a combo for snacks. A frozen machine can add strong summer sales near pools and sports fields.
Can I finance a vending machine in Barrhaven?
Third-party lease-to-own financing is available on new FGS machines, with 24 to 60 month terms and rates from 8% to 12% depending on term, subject to approval. Refurbished machines are bought outright.
How long does it take a vending machine to pay for itself?
A well-placed machine typically nets an estimated $250–$400 a month after product costs, which suggests a payback of around 12–24 months. This is an estimate, not a guarantee; location and product mix make the biggest difference.
