Refund Policy

At Feel Good Snacks, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Product condition: to be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Time frame: refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for a refund, such as:

• Telemetry devices (card readers)
• Delivery charges (both ways)

3. Process for Refunds

• Contact us: to initiate a refund, please contact our customer service at info@feelgoodsnacks.ca with your order number and the reason for the refund request.
• Return shipping: you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
